A free lookup for U.S. Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates. The same figures are published by the Department of Labor on sam.gov, where you need the determination number before you can read them and the result arrives as forty pages of plain text. This site indexes them by county instead.
Base rate is the cash that must reach the worker. Fringe may be paid as benefits or as extra cash, but it must be paid. Total is the two added together — it is not a wage, it is the floor for the whole package.
Overtime is one and a half times the basic cash rate, not the total: the employer's fringe contribution is excluded (29 CFR 5.32). An apprentice may be paid an apprentice rate only if individually registered with a recognised programme. A classification that does not appear on the determination must be added by conformance before that work is done.
Every rate is parsed from the determination text as published, and each table names its determination number, revision and publication date. Determinations are revised during the year; check the date before relying on a figure, and confirm anything that decides money at sam.gov.
