How it works

Email me your store address, the plugin that is broken, the exact error text or a screenshot, and roughly when it started.
I tell you first whether I can fix it. If it is something only Meta, Google or your host can change, I say so and we stop there, free.
You give me temporary access: in WordPress go to Users → Add New and create an Administrator user for me. Never send me your own password.
I fix it, usually within a day or two of getting access, and tell you in plain words what was wrong and what I changed.
You check it works. Then you pay $79 through a Payoneer payment request (card or bank transfer) and delete the user you made for me.

Not included: theme or design changes, site speed, ad strategy, and Merchant Center or Meta account suspensions for policy reasons. If your problem turns out to be one of these, I will tell you before anything else.
